There's only one way (which I use on my iMac). Install Windows 10 through Bootcamp. 

I don’t know, the USB disk is one of the fastest available, 245 MB/second transfer. And the file system is exactly the same on disk and on ISO image. May be a bug, why not try steps 2 and 3 before you come to a conclusion? With all due respect, of course.

POSSIBLE BUG IN VERSION  1.23.4 (Please try this):

1. Processing file on SSD = ultra fast

2. Processing file on external USB disk (Flowframes recognizes it as USB disk and displays warning) = ultra slow

3. Processing file on a mounted ISO image on USB disk (Flowframes does not recognize the type of disk) = fast

It also happens with CRF 0 and Prores output. It must have to do with how the frames are generated. Have you compared original to interpolated image quality? There is a slight difference in sharpness.

Amazing program! One thing I would like to report as a possible bug - when using mp4 export, the h264 and h265 quality settings don’t seem to make a difference. The resulting file size doesn’t seem to change, even if quality is set to 0.

Also, the output video is slightly softer (not as sharp) as the original. Is that a known issue? Thanks for your time.

Don’t look at it on Dropbox, it’s blocky. If you download it it’s much better. Mine was done with Video Enhance AI in 4k.
